Why Custom Flash Drives from Omnipress?

Your association's brand image is one of your most important assets. When choosing new media, quality is a top consideration. Drives provided by Omnipress are high quality at an affordable price because we understand your conference content isn't just a "cheap giveaway."

We have tested dozens of flash drives from many different suppliers and have chosen a supplier who uses quality memory, components and drive construction methods. We have since placed conference content on more than 10,000 custom USB flash drives without a single problem. Now that is the kind of quality and service your association and members deserve.

Ask one of our Account Managers to provide a sample: we'd be glad to have you compare the difference.

Memory
  • Flash memory is provided by Micron Technologies, one of the world's providers of advanced semi-conductor solutions.
  • Memory is built using Single Level Cell (SLC) which outperforms other types of memory such as Multi-Level Cell (MLC) 10 to 1. SLC memory also reads content 43% faster than MLC.
  • Drives are extensively tested for compliance and design ensuring quality and performance.
  • Much of the flash memory used is purchased on the second market and uses Multi-Level Cell technology (lower cost and lower quality than SLC memory). This means the drive failure rates are higher and the drives will fail sooner. From one online company, an order of 300 flash drives included 10% malfunctioning drives.
Case Construction
  • High-grade plastic is used that withstands wear and tear, from being in a purse on a key chain or even when dropped.
  • The end cap snugly attaches to the main drive.
  • Typically drives are constructed with lower quality plastic and a “snap-together” construction method. This leads to drive cases cracking, coming apart or splitting with minor pressure or twisting.
  • Caps are not always snug.
